About us

With a wide European footprint and all in-house production, ARC Tooling customers can always feel secure with their injection tools.

ARC Tooling has engineered and manufactured thousands of world class plastic injection tools, and with our own trial facilities we have gained a fantastic experience in tool reliability.

ARC Tooling Technology, Shenzhen China is the main production plant for ARC’s straight injection tooling. Originally, it was founded 2003 by a Swedish entrepreneur, Håkan Toré, living in China. The business started with tool trading. However, very soon it became evident that deviations in quality required an own in-house production, which was established 2005 together with an other Swede, Peter Cordes. At that time the factory was located in Shekou, a free-trade development area of Shenzhen, China.

Since then, the production volume has multifolded. With customers initially only from Sweden, they are now from over the whole of Europe, North America, Mexico and China. Most customers are with us since many years back, and the feed-back is good service and quality tooling.

Growing manufacturing volumes demanded a bigger factory, and in 2015, the factory was re-located to Fuyong, Shenzhen. This is a modern, western-style manufacturing facility living up to highest quality demands. Several managers are Europeans.

In the factory in Fuyong we also accommodate all our design teams, project managers and final testing teams. These back-up our offices in Europe and our distributors on-line. Wherever you contact ARC, you are on-line with the factory in Fuyong.

Our ARC office team will supply comprehensive quotations, not only giving prices, but full tool and steel specifications, production and delivery times, along with air or sea freight costs. Also we will supply full 3D CAD tool drawings, for ease of changes/approval, before any steel gets cut.

We can then, from our local offices control any ”back up” that may be needed, by way of any further work that may be needed after tool delivery, in terms of repair, changes, modifications, and /or any warranty work that may be required. All the tooling carries a warranty against manufacturing faults.
